It’s continually intriguing to me when my most loved abuse and grindhouse producers wind up making a film for Lifetime. It happens significantly more that you may expect and it’s generally irrefutably amusing to perceive how they adjust their own sensibilities to the necessities of the system. Case in point, a year ago, Fred Olen Ray gave Lifetime both River Raft Nightmare and The Christmas Gift.
And after that, in January of this current year, David DeCoteau gave us The Wrong Roommate. To the extent Lifetime movies are concerned, The Wrong Roommate is unadulterated flawlessness. It gives the viewer everything that she could need from a Lifetime film. There’s drama.
